Do you have a Kirklands where you live?? They have very nice stuff to make your home look more modern.
Don’t paint any walls black.
It will make the studio look much smaller and your parents will have a horrible time if they ever want to paint it a lighter color.
Keep the walls one color.
I find black/white/red to be very 80s, but if it is really what you want, keep the walls white, paint the furniture black and use red accessories. Personally, I’d go with yellow walls but if you want something more masculine, try very, very light grey walls, black furniture and black/white/grey accessories.
Use Dupont Stonetech Bulletproof Sealer, if you do not want to change the look of the tile.
Apply at least two coats.
If a heavy traffic area, apply three coats.
You will need to reseal in 2-3 years if not a high traffic area.
If high traffic area, you will need to reseal in 1-2 years.
Down the road, you will know by testing a little area by dropping just a little water on it.
If it beads up and sets there for a moment or two, it won’t need to be resealed just yet.
If the water immediately absorbs into the tile, then it needs to be resealed.
I ve used both the Miricle 511 (good but pricey as said) but also Ceramaseal, (sp?) Comes in a green bottle . Get it at HD for about $30 a qt
I ve used that on most all my natural stones before and after setting and never a problem GL
I am a tile setter.
“Miracle 511 Impregnator” is an excellent sealer.
I recently used travertine for my kitchen counter tops and sealed it with this product.
It is a bit pricey but well worth it.It comes in various sizes .A quart will cover 250-1000 sq ft. Depending on the type of tile your trying to cover.
The container is blue with a yellow lid.
Hope this helps

Use light shades of yellow, flueorescent greens and slightly dark orange-red to go with the fireplace and have the painter mix red and orange to yello for a soft finish. . . . U could have some Italian motifs panted walls and ceilings to fit better with the appearance

Carpet and wall colors: In the forest you go green marble with cream, soft golds and ambers, picking up cues from your accent colors in Italian paintings you.
Some people say glass walls will be out. To say pfffft! The look of the Tuscan Sun bleached walls above the golds and ambers are dynamite! Elegant, soft, and visual texture is always the possibility omorfi.Exetaste not use carpets. There are some products you can use to fill the gaps between the bricks, then some beautiful options to complete the facade: marbelizing (faux finishing), real marble or tile, and a product which reproduces sandstone is beautiful. Or cover with a façade of wood moldings and woodwork using Appliques.Kali fun.
You will arrive beautiful, I’m sure.

I’ll go with the old world look. With a texture to a soft golden light on the walls.
Then instead of carpet tile a rustic Italian, with a large carpet area picls up the colors in your paintings.

The use of color is also something very personal.

I see a healing plaster for the walls a very soft gol/dbronze color.
The carpets in the same family.
You have quite the case with the green to have a bright or dark color, but white is very tough on the go – a striped awning la. I am renting a house with white walls and dark green carpet, and get in my nerves! There is only a very high contrast between the walls and floor. I wish I could paint, let me tell you! Good luck with that.
